Looking for some quick Halloween Decor that adds a lot of pizzaz without much cost? Try this banner! Just download the file from Second Sister here. She is giving this away for FREE! (You also get a variety of labels for bottles, cupcake wrappers and straw wrappers. Instant Party!) Cut out the banner pieces, and staple them to ribbon, as I did, or any other type of string that you have. You can just go with that, or add a bit more.
I used some Fabric Pattern Notion Flowers from Studio Calico that I had distressed with Wild Honey Distress ink from Ranger. I actually hot glued them to the ribbon.
Hint: Place a weight on the back of a very lightweight embellishment, so it won't turn under. Here I used buttons that I glued on with Glossy Accents from Ranger. Be sure to place your weight toward the bottom of the back of the embellishment. It looks like it is near the top here, because I turned it over for the picture.
Enjoy your quick and easy decor and get on with your Halloween festivities!
